Every tournament that the club is participating in will be posted on the “club calendar”. Please be sure that I have this form filled out for each wrestler for each tournament. Due dates for the forms to be turned in to me are listed with each tournament.
For every tournament I must have this form filled out by the due date stated on the Calendar.
